3 way link text link broker?

Does anyone know if there is a link broker who specialises in 3 way links?

To explain what I mean I want to promote a new site www.worldoftheweird.com
however I don't want to have a links page on there but I have a number of sites where I could put links including a directory and a site with a PR3 links page .

Anyone know of a company who facilitates this??
