WOW!! What a day

I have been very frustrated with google as of late but DAMN!!! What a day i am having so far.. My clicks are going for .75- 2.00 per click today!!!
I usually do good to get .40 per click
If my traffic wasnt so low on weekends i would have a monster day today:rolleyes:

Wednesday I had the best day since the beginning of Bourbon. Yesterday, I had the worst day since the end of Bourbon.

Google does seem to be playing with the algorithm that chooses which AdSense ads to display.

CTR and CPM seem to rollercoaster with every turn of the algorithm.

Will, how do you know bourbon has ended ? and any reports that PR will return to what they were before bourbon ?

All I saw and read that bourbob did was remove a lot of good sites and put spam sites in better pr positions

I'm having a good day for a Sunday. In previous months the weekend was always terrible for me, but so far in August, Sunday seem to be about the best day. Weird change but welcome all the same.

For my sites mondays are by far the worse day, tues-thurs I seem to do the best, but mondays are worse than weekend days, and I also notice I get the most of my daily traffic from 6-10 pm each day

I am seeing strange things as well. My CTR on my adsense words is WAY up but the terms that are getting clicks are $.05 terms. Bummer. Must have shot to the top for a non-important keyword phrase. Anyone else see something like that?

I've been seeing some big fluctuations in adwords minimum pricing.

I set a minimum cpc and come back later to find it's gone up by 80c and inactive.

I'm not sure if this is the same with adsense but you'd think they were related?

I'm still not happy with the adsense update.. as my 728 ads only show 1 unit at times...

The daily ctr has been variable.. no consistency...

Traffic is up though..

Isnt google thinking of offering internet provider access also? Googlenet perhaps?
Adsense is like going through a gauntlet and making it through to the end in one piece.

What is Bourbon? I'm assuming a google index update? If so, what does that mean for someone who just recently got crawled by Google? So far i've only got 2 pages indexed! :(

Wednesday was my best day of all time. Friday things went down hill, Saturday they did slightly better then today... shame shame... horrible. Its going to make Friday look like a good day.

I wish they wouldn't do this. Its annoying. They are showing less and less ads on my site... I wish I knew what was going on. I haven't changed anything so I know its all them.

My CTR has been way down since they've only been showing 1 out of 4 ads on many of my banners. It sucks that we have no choice in this. It aslo screws up our designs. Now I have a ton of white space on the right half of the banner that I can't use.

I agree.... it seems ads not displaying correctly on pages. I have use 2 ad unit per page of my site but see 1 ad displayed only.

Earnings also drop specially friday, saturday, sunday, and monday.... but CTR almost no changes

It looks horrid and is not the impression I am trying to give to my visitors. I am going to have to remove Adsense if they don't stop doing this.
