Website/Webpage Design Wanted

I am interested in having someone create a quick and dirty (actually clean) website page(s) for an upcoming arts festival. I don't have much time. I need the design but I can add a logo and the text. I just need a creative person to come up with an art-like design layout / template where I can go in and tweak it with the info I want. One thing I will need is a form for artists to apply for consideration.

Hey have you considered using a template tsptom???
It will cost you less thn hiring a Web Designer and all you need is min know how to add content to the template.

I may have another one to have have done but Kalina did such a good job with this one (quick and classy look) in a matter of hours... www.OgdenArtsFestival.com, I may have to use her again.

If you have links to sites you have done, however, let me know and I'll take a look. It's the design I am looking for. Another art related site so again, a touch of class is desirable.
