HEY guys plz help me in this...

hey guys i have a 103 mb sql file ...its a database backup of a forum of mine...i had to shutdown the forums completely due to some reasons...its a vbulletin database..

now i have started a new forums at
www.freejunction.info.

the problem is that i want you guys to plz help me ,that if i can extract the following info from this:--
-->> i have 45000 member email in this,
-->> 900000 topics are stored in this database.

i wnt to extract these things.
or if there is any tool that can convert this vbulletin database to an IPB database..
plz help me guys urgently..

a.) Install apachefriends.org/en/xampp
b.) Go to phpMyAdmin in xampp and 'import' the SQL file
c.) Search and export email column from phpMyAdmin
d.) Go to IPB and ask for help on importing vB database

hey dude..cant i do this on my own pc..if possible.i have the back up on my own pc..is this possible..


and to tell you if i wanna install the database again to a new server is there any method to import this database to the server cause phpmy admin wont support this much big file...
plz suggest..
