Can you transfer money from e-gold to paypal account?

I dont have an e-gold account but my friend does. but i have paypal. so can u transfer the money from e-gold to paypal? if yes, then how?

No! You can't transfer money directly from Egold to PayPal or PayPal to egold, unless you use some person to take your PayPal/Egold and give you Egold/PayPal. There are many people doing this is Buy, Sell, Trade Section of this froum.
