I have a customer where the website I created is a very basic HTML design. However, he wants to be able to update the site's text on certain pages on his own through an admin interface.
I don't want any Mambo or Nuke type CMS, because I want completely free control over the layout of the site design. I don't want objects or modules that are predesigned to keep everything blocked in.
I'm hoping there is a script that I could install that would allow me to designate certain "text" areas of the site so that the customer can edit that text through an admin interface. For example, the welcome messages or text on the front page, etc.
Anyone know of such a script?
