i got a problem on paypal and i cant resolve it
the reason is i dont have credit card
can you please tell me the solution, of course one solution is that i buy a credit card but the problem is i dont have spear money, please help me out by any other way, i really need number.

If u cant buy Credit card then u can go for Virtual CC.There r many DP members selling VCC on DP and u can verify ur paypal with it hence ur problem will b solved.
