It is likely if you don't already know those 'secrets' you won't get accepted. Google is one of the best companies I know for hiring smart people. They are reported to employee some of the smartest people in the world. Pretty awesome! - I wouldn't want to work for Google. I currently send suggestions and that is about as close as I will get. Its funner out here :P
