help with phproxy

i bought a dedicated server and setuped a proxy, PHProxy but when i type a link and click on browse i just get a blank page.. any help please

Try the original unaltered copy of the script. And better try the new version.

i think its becoz of the old version the new version works fine for me..there is another problem by default the options are checked as the following in script

'include_form' => 1,
'remove_scripts' => 1,
'accept_cookies' => 1,
'show_images' => 1,
'show_referer' => 1,
'rotate13' => 0,
'base64_encode' => 1,
'strip_meta' => 1,
'strip_title' => 0,
'session_cookies' => 1

but it doesn't show in the form.only three options are selected
Include mini URL-form on every page,Show actual referring Website,Strip page title are checked..how do i sected the encoding method by default??
