I think you need to split your article into paragraphs. It's just a big block of text. Hard to read that way.

My first impression was.. an overload of text ;) Maybe try adding a graphic header / logo design on the top of your page? Even some golf related icons within your text area will give it a nicer look :)
I really like how you organized your affiliate links & ads at the bottom of the page.

The site looks ok, but there is too much text on the front page. You may want to split it into articles on different pages. Also, put a suggestive picture with each article.

should go well in search engines if the content is unique. But it is hard to read..

PICTURES!!! you need more pictures my friend. No matter how good the content is, not many people want to be on a page which is visually attractive. Like everbody else said, break it up, try to add some pictures and visual dividers. Also, you might want to consider a more appealing/prominent navigation bar. The content looks great though. Good Luck.

Hi. Sorry to say, but you are not going to make any money from this site. This is a standard mfa site that are given away for free all over the web. Those articles can be found on thousands of web sites and are not worth anything.

there is way to much text there and its layed out in a confusing manner. try and split it up a bit to colums and paragraphs. also new people who visit that site are probably not going to read all that writing.

Mate, that is a MFA site. I would suggest making a real site and then you will have a good and solid site. Please dont get offended as I am just being honest.

Hi again. I hope you make the site so it should be promoted via viral promo, because you will not have visitors from Google.

Adsense template is what i see...you may "image" it up a bit and cut the paragraphs to wrap better.
If you can take a template like this and cut it up to be more user friendly you will make a better CTR overall. :0)
