Hi all, very new to this forum so go easy on me;) My question to you folks is, would adsense benifit my site? www.moveyourboat.co.uk The site is only 2 months old and I'm averaging 60 - 70 hits a day. It offers a shop window for people to advertise there boats for free, there's also a feature ad facility (the bit that pays!) I'm signed up with adwords at the mo. I've still got a lot of learning to do, especially SEO.
Any thoughts?

Personally I would not put adsense on your website. Firstly, you sell advertising space to people who are "selling boats". Google will place ads for advertisers who are also "selling boats". So unless you are happy to have your competition taking up your advertising space, i would stay away from adsense.
If you want to make some money, join an affiliate program and sell boat insurance or finance, life jackets or electronics.

Thanks, I never thought of that  can I pick and choose what ads appear on my site, ie marine related but not brokerages? or does google just puts whatever on?

Adsense will display the most appropriate ads from their analysis. You should have no problems getting the relevant ads if you have a descriptive title, headers and content :)
