Application Rejected but Domain is now Issue !

I have adsense a/c and my 1 brother register new domain and apply for adsense with this new domain but sadly his application is rejected due to incorrect or incomplete account information.

Now I want to ask that, can I use this new domain with my adsense a/c which my brother recently register, or it may create any problem for my a/c ?
