Wow. They didn't even bother to change it up all that much, huh? Yet another example that Google seems to be light years ahead of their closest competitor. It's almost pitiful if you think about it. Yahoo and MSN are hopelessly in the dark ages compared to Googs. Sheesh.

I just wonder on how they will control their new project when their search alltogether is so messed up. I'm sure that they are afraid and concerned about this too.
Don't expect to much.

They may also be a little more flexible with their TOS which will allow to run some other networks currently not allowed by Google.

I had a fear if Adsense was discontinued. Now I'm sure that it's going to be there. Adsense will definitely become better than Y & M ads in all respects. G thinks much faster than others. I'm happy coz now I know if (by chance) I get booted, i've another shelter. :))

I had a fear if Adsense was discontinued...
Why do you think so? Adsense is the source of maximum revenue for Google and if Google decides to discontinue it, that means something really serious.

The TOS for both forbid displaying Google and Yahoo ads on the same page ... but you could certainly run on different pages on your site.
