If you write this ad:
{keyword}
Buy {keyword} today!
Free Shipping.
www.XYZ.com
and a user searches "used cds" then the ad will read:
Used Cds
Buy Used Cds today!
Free Shipping.
www.XYZ.com
You just have to make sure that all of your keywords will fit in the space that you give them. So for example if you bid on the keyword "used cds in san francisco california" then that keyword would be rejected by MSN because it doesn't fit.
Make more sense?

i use 2 ads in one adgroup.
example:
{keyword}
Buy {keyword} today!
Free Shipping.
www.XYZ.com
and
Used Cds
Buy Used Cds today!
Free Shipping.
www.XYZ.com
the long keyword does not reject because it has ads 2st.

MSN Adcenter (http://www.netpaths.net/blog/adcenter-coupon/) now includes dynamic keyword instructions on your campaign bids. For some reason the Microsoft instructions are not very clear.
Apparently all that is required is to use {keyword} however there are no instructions indicating if Caps make a difference.
