How to activate an account with VCC

Hi,

I got a voucher here that i am trying to use with a new adwords account. However i need to activate it with a CC. So i got a valid VCC from a forum member here.

Now, it seems that VCC is constantly refused. I thought that is is probably because there is int much money in the VCC so I tried to change the option from "post-pay" to "pre-pay" so i could get approved then spend the amount on voucher. No success because it seems the pre-pay option is reserved from certain countries / currencies only.

Anyone has experience with this?

I really wouldn't reccomend trying.

They are cracking down big time with VCC's. I can't even use my normal credit card because they think I am using a pre-paid one!
