Waiting Period for Transfers

How long is the waiting period after you buy a domain before you can sell/transfer it to another party. I heard it was 60 days...is this correct?

60 days after change of registrar.

yep. last time i tried, i had to wait to transfer a new registration too. sucks.

Yes it applies to new reg too.
