Any flash programmers in the house?

I am looking for a flash programmer or two. I want to make some pretty simple flash type games for my site. Reminiscient of stuff that is out there, but themed to my content.

If anyone is good at flash (including sound, music, etc) and has some free time, I'll explain what I want more fully. Nothing too complex, I don't think - whack-a-mole type deal and a few other things.
