I came across a number of lists of so called free non reciprocal link directories but most of them have either become defunct or requires reciprocal link or money for linking. Can any body please provide me a 'genuine list' of free non reciprocal link directories?

Check here: www.hkhangfong.com, I submitted my website to them all with free and non reciprocal links. Most of them shall be still free and non reciprocal required, few will be changed due to the last PR update.
