If i submit my clients pharmacy website in google or yahoo directory is it going to be problem or it will do ??

google pharmacy sites for link exchanges

Submitting to the yahoo directory will only get your site admitted if you pay them (yearly). For a pharmacy site, I would think that's a very good idea.
Do also try the dmoz directory (which is the basis for the google-directory), but don't expect your site to be listed there quickly.
