My blog has a PR3, updating once in 2-3 days, but I am getting around 20 visitors per day, these are not enough,I want to increase traffic to my blog , can u please suggest solution for this

thanks for the resource..well I am monetizing my blogs with couple of few PPP programs...few other programs are rejecting my blog,,dunno why , even it has PR3..I am striving hard to make it PR5..and then resubmit to them for approval..
