Solving the "seo" mystery!

Hi folks,

First of all this is not my site. I just found it doing keyword analysis. :o
Wondering what great seo experts of DP have to say about this site:
www.seo-usa.org
This site comes up #2 for the term "seo" in google. Astonishingly this site only have 19 IBLs :eek: in google and 513 in yahoo. As far as I know "seo" is a ultra competetive field and all other sites in top10 SERPS have lots of IBLs.

The only difference I can find is -> "seo" meant by this site is "Sponsors For Educational Opportunity" while rest of 9 sites in top10 is about "search engine optimization"

Any ideas ?

PS: this site does not appear in yahoo or msn for same term. :rolleyes:

Google does some weird things for SEO searches, I remember a while back you will get Japanese (or chinesse) sites for most top 10.
