what to do, if site is under penalty?

hello

IMO one of my sites is under google penalty (more over 4 months). i open a 4-5 topics here and on another forums, and the most logic diagnose is that this site is under G penalty.

for what, i cann't explain, because i find few "errors". of course i correct most of them. why not all? because, google is his guide don't explain most of them clearly. for example there isn't quite explanation of "duplicate content" (one page, whole site, one paragraph, rss .. .etc)

that's why i correct the most evident errors ...

now what to do?

as i understand the most popular must be:
clear all ur errors and do reinclusion request

1. does anybody have experience of this?
2. how long it was in your case?

There are 70,000 pages from that site in google, you have a healthy page rank, so what makes you think that your penalised? Chances are that many of your links just got wiped out, and as such Google no longer considers your site worthy.

As an aside (as I don't do drugs, gambling or prn) where do the 70,000 pages come from?

Google doesn't show all the links it knows about on the link: command. ALL G shows is a selection grabbed at arandom (although according to Matt Cutts of Google he says they are a 'snapshot of links at a given point in time'. Your site is in a tremendously difficult areana, and this is littered with bad neighbourhoods. There is also the possibility that you have been pulled into that. You didn't answer the question though about 70,000 pages. How were they generated, and are they genuine pages or just bulk generated traffic grabbers?

if u look at the site more carefully, u will check that it's not a "drugs, gambling or prn" (as u mentioned).
it's a medical site, which cover a lot of health topics.
If u go to Hospital and see pharmacy on the first floor: it's normal. but i u check Pharmacy section on medical site it's something like "gambling or prn" ? right?

so, pls go a little deep and u will understand from where are this pages/
about 70 000.
i haven't so much pages ... it will be something ~40-55K.

1-2 months ago i make my SEF links, so may me other 15-20k pages (which i don't check in google now) are this pages.

However it's not a genuine pages or somethink else.

1. is site under penalty
2. if yes, how can i recover this situation
