I posted this on some other forums and though I would offer it to my favorite guys. I know some of you high rise american guys. I can't afford you unless you agree to revenue sharing (site idea is great and has awesome potential)
I'm interested in finding a programmer(s) that has worked with video type sites before to start a project. I prefer not to post many details about the project. Job will require a complete site. Decent budget and revune sharing availble and in some cases preffered. Requires extracting frames from video (which will most likely use previous technology) and membership/payment system. Teams and offshore companies welcome.
