editing your dmoz profile - HTTP 500 error?

does anyone else get this when they try to change/update their dmoz profile? is it a temporary thing, or is my account broken or something..?

Probably a backend problem with dmoz.org. HTTP 500 error is a generic internal server error.

Also, I just checked mine, and I get the same error when trying to edit it, so you're not alone. :)

No problem for me, my info was out of date so good reminder, thanks.

DMOZ does some funny ip checks when submitting sites, maybe they have it turned on for profile too. the workaround for sites is to turn off firewalls and virus software, submit and turn it all back on. Might be worth a try.

whatever the problem was then, it seems to work fine now
