How can one tell if they are in or out of the sandbox? My site is about 5 months old now and i'm not sure if i'm in the sandbox or not. How can you track where you rank in keywords. I've used the Digital Point tool but it tells me N/A so i don't know whats up. Anyone know?

Suggestion: use 'what is bluetooth technology' as your anchor text.
I don't know about anyone else, but if my allinanchor position is very high, and my real position is way (40+) lower, I'm pretty assured to being in the sandbox.

Looks like you are lacking quality backlinks with anchor text "what is bluetooth technology?" [ You are not found in top 100 for allinanchor ]
I did check half dozen of backlinks and you seem have linked with "blue tomorrow" as anchor text.
Thus I believe you are not in sandbox and good links can bring you to top.
I would also advice to use the same title.
Regards,
Tuning
Edit : Your having majority links with just bluetomorrow, thus ranking #1 for the same term.

do you link each specific keyword to the specific page that talks about that or just to the homepage of the site?

Can't remember, is anchor text that stuff you repeat a few times like:
What is bluetooth technology?
1. Bluetooth technology ....
2. Bluetooth technology can blah blah
3. and so on
4. etc

Eh, what I repeat is 'please move up, please move up, please move up' :D
Joking aside, my working theory is that having some variety of anchor text is a good thing, but I focus a majority of links on the exact keyphrase I am ultimately targeting,
Chris
PS: just so we are clear, anchor text is the text used in the link to the page you are optimizing. For example: the 'What is Bluetooth Technology' in shirsc2's signature.

one must know that a Website cant remain in a sand bag for so long ,
5 months is not a big time for a search engine clientele.
what one can do is stick to the basics ,
get the content right and be perseverent to deliver value .
also there are no fixed paramters to know the rank of keywords.

do you link each specific keyword to the specific page that talks about that or just to the homepage of the site?
it depends on the client's interest whether the keyword link with the specific page or the home page. linking of specific page narrow the visibility of other options that act as meningful alternative available on the home page.
