with visual pagerank i see that my website gallery has pr4 forum pr4 and another subpage pr4. main page pr1 ( stills old value). Does that mean that im going to get pr4 in the main page? or at least pr4?

I think PR5 since internal pages are PR4..

Pr doesn't mean that you will get traffic from google.It all depends on SERPS ;) IMHO.

Your page strenth and content (usually frequently updated content) is mainly responsible for bringing traffic to your site, the PR function basically tells the depth of link to crawl and how frequent to crawl.IMHO

I just read today that the PR google is now updating is actually 3-6 months old! Meaning: even though it is changing today, it shows the internal PR google gave that page at least 3 months ago. So it has NOTHING to do with where you are in the serps today. It has something to do with where you were in the serps 3 months ago...
Getting in on the serps is about getting relevant backlinks to your site, not random ones.

Is it true? the update is what it should be 3 months back? How about sites that didnt exist 3 months back but are getting pr values?

What's misspelled? Did you take into account that two of the links are not English, but Dutch?
