PayPal Verification - Credit Card

Hi Guyz

I am a graduate and i dont have a job or IT returns(Neither my family members have) to show to get a credit card will any bank will offer me credit card with out these docs.

Bcoz i am in need of a Card to verify my account and also to make transactions online so i need a card compulsorily

And i am from India and will any bank offers cards

Make Fixed Deposit in ICICI bank of Rs. 20,000.00 They will give you a credit card on request, upto 90% limit.
