There are probably a few reasons :-

1) Propagation has not reach your ISP as yet as it takes time to complete the propagation process, some places get it faster than others.

2) Your web browser may have been showing you the cache version so deleting the web browser cache and reloading/refreshing it may help.

3) Your computer may be caching old data, go to command prompt and type 'ipconfig /renew' .

If others are seeing your site then it would be a matter of time for you to see it.

Try using a proxy and see if you see the new site. Do a Ping and see which IP it is resolving too. Try accessing your site without the 'www' and see if you see the same thing.

Because your ISP is slow and has not updated their info. Happened to me once.

How much time does it take normally to update ISP? As i am new to all this things so i don't have any knowledge for the same.

It depends on your ISP, it can take several minutes to a week or so.

If indeed your computer's "clean" (no spyware, no virus, etc.) and "flushed" of
any cached data, then it's most likely your ISP. Do be aware they update at
their own pace, and mostly don't accomodate demands to speed things up if
they see no valid reason to.
