Does ADSENSE accept poker/casino sites?

Probably a stupid question... (meaning I "should" know this) ;-)

However, if I have a poker/casino site, can I place adsense ads on it?

nope.

in fact, I've heard online casino is a stop word for adsense. A rumored one.

gambling warez and porn are specificially mentioned, if I remember correctly.

I think you are allowed, however, to have a general information site about card-playing, if not an online casino

I had a site about a lottery pool, no gambling online, legally a lottery pool isn't gambling(as stated by a federal judge), but because it was associated with playing the lottery(playing the lottery is gambling) it was gambling related, and G said no. I was sent a very polite letter telling me to remove the ads. So even though no betting was done online, if you have anything that could suggest betting, I would write a letter asking for clarification.

So, the word "related" can be very broad.

You also can't have a non casino site and run ads like party poker advertisements and adsense at the same time.

I have tried google adwords for promoting casinos and there was automatic rejection. If they will hear about casino they will exclude you. But I have seen google adsense ads on warez site (www.astalavista.box.sk) for more than 3 month. Nothing have happened them.

Before I knew it wasn't permitted I used to have adsense on my poker blog. It used to get plenty of ads from people selling poker chips.

I you wish to take a gamble you can try but at the end of the day (or in the afternoon) you would be the loser (no more adsense account).
