It has been there for a long time. Google might have disabled PR passing. Check the rankings of the pages linked on searching for the titles. Try page strength tool at seo-moz.

This doesn't matter for PageRank - it is still passed. The only effect this tag has is prevent Google from spidering a page that it doesn't already know about. Only the use of rel="nofollow" on individual links prevents the passing of PageRank.

afaik Google has devalued links from this page form passing PR as someone mentioned. There's plenty of other similar sites like this out there though if you know where to look ;)
