Unless the characters mean something that I'm as yet unfamiliar with - I agree with exam with regards to the value of the domain.

Its only 3 letter .com's that have value regardless of any possible meanings.
There are a million .us, .net, etc domains available like this

.com extension valuable than other extensions. 3 char is good but this is include number and chareacter i thinks this is only reg fee. :( if not meaningful

Well.. CQ is a abreviation used in hamradio/cw used to mean calling any station. So if you could find an amateur radio operator (like myself) that would be interested, you might be able to get a little bit :)
Are you thinking of selling it?

because it is difficult to find companies that could have a use for it... you will find more market available for vowels or letters like b or c... but letters like w, x, k are more difficult to sell
