How often does google check the landing page for keyword relevancy?

How often does google check the landing page for keyword relevancy? Is it just once every few months when they spider the site, or more frequently? I'm wondering how long it will take for my improved landling page to be reflected in my quality score.

No I think more often... When I created a landing page for video conferencing the ads was something else and within hours the ads became relevant....
