Want a map of your location like the one below? Don't like linking to multimap or streetmap?

http://www.noblemarine.co.uk/map.php3?loc=1001

Visit www.noblemarine.co.uk/maps.php3 to create your own map.

If there are any comments on this or the way the maps are integrated into the following link I would be grateful.........

That is pretty cool. I want to learn how to do that so I can replace the flash maps on our websites.

It's just too bad it won't accept Canadian postal codes... :(

Thanks for the comments,

Support is now added for people without a UK postcode (just leave the postcode bit blank).

See http://www.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/ to find out how its done.

Still not working for me. It keeps placing me in Europe, I wish I were there...

It will place you in Europe if you don't enter a postcode - you then need to double click on your location on the map and it will rebuild the map based on the new coordinates.

Hi dave, nice idea, i was gonna do the same. my scripting skills are somewhat inferior though.

i'm having trouble coding the map by postcode rather than lat/lon ... is it possible? or do i have to convert to lat/lon every time?
