Where do I start to troubleshoot this?

Generic processor
error: 26-Terminal flagged as Inactive in First Data database

Sounds like your account has been deactivated. Contact your merchant service provider to find out why.

Agreed... that sounds like your terminal ID associated with your processing gateway was disabled by First Data (which I'm assuming is your merchant network provider).
