I own a website that literally translates to penthouse from spanish to english. What would this group think on a reasonable market price offer for this website and why? CasaDeAzotea.com :)

Sorry to tell you, but I'm spanish and this domain, IMHO, has CERO value. It really sounds bad.

By the way, I think that "ElAtico" would a better translation. Unfortunately it is already registered.

When trying to give an appraisal for a domain, apart from all the standard criteria (tld, length, letters and numbers, dashes, etc) you need to think about what the domain could be used for. I honestly can't imagine any good use for it.
