View Full Version : Correct new account billing setup?

What is the correct setting so that when a new client is signed up through the web interface, their credit card is charged right away instead of just verifying the credit card? For some reason I can't get the card to charge. It just authenticates and then sets up the account. And no billing cycle is setup.

Make sure they are set to *not* go to Pending, that the invoice is created and their credit card is set to bill (under the Web Interface Setup).

Now how do I turn off Verisign, or put it in test mode so I can test to see if it is working?

You lost me... you can't turn it off if you want to process credit cards (unless you have another gateway to use).

Isn't there a way to put Verisign into test mode to see if Optigold is now charging the card at the creation of a new account?

No, sorry... you can run a live transaction and void it if you want though.
