Any one know how long it takes yahoo to spider the hole web, I'm thinking somewhat to 3 months similar to google.

I think it takes yahoo longer to spider the entire web.

If you pay and submit to yahoo directory, the fastest time I think is 3 days.

I think it is 4-5 months.
