The first thing I can't work out is sub directories. When I signed up I simply added all the pages in the root of my domain. This got me a weight of 11,000. When today I tried to add a subdirectory and all the pages in it my weight didn't increase.

Does it take some time to update? Or do i need to signup again with the sub directory url?

Secondly can I assume I'm right in saying another domain of mine would go under a new login?

What do you mean by "adding" a subdirectory exactly? There is no place to "add" sub-directories.

A different domain would indeed go under a different login.

Well I've added the adds to the whole of www.mydomain.com/

But I now want the adverts on www.mydomain.com/subdir

If you use the root of the domain, it already knows you have ads site-wide. The ad network is designed for site-wide ads only (it picks random pages from your domain to validate, since obviously it's not going to validate every page every time).

So I add the ad_network.php for every subdomain under one account?

Yes, that is correct...
