So a third-party can delist a site from Yahoo! after all:

This gets really scary when you consider timing, easy method to get a site delisted, and the overall competition on the web.

Thanks for the post and I will be keeping a much closer eye on this from now on.

I hope it is really not that easy. It would be another example of a really bad band aid put in place by a search company.

It is scary how powerful the DMCA is. Fortunately you can counter it...if you are even aware that it happened to you that is.
