I'm looking at adding a 3rd party billing system to my site before proceeding to the full shopping cart/merchant account/payment gateway system. I've read a lot about "Pay Systems" but I recently called them and they are now only a full merchant provider and no longer the 3rd party billing system they used to be. I'm hoping to narrow my choices down to more than Paypal and 2Checkout. What are the top 3rd party billing systems?
