I'd like to rank #8 in google than #1 in yahoo. Even for the same keyword and is ranked both #1 in google and yahoo, the traffic from google and yahoo is 10:1.

I've experience better conversion with Yahoo traffic.

I actually find it hard to rank high in Yahoo.
