Difference between link and linkdomain in yahoo?

I know it sounds like an obvious question, but is there any substantial difference (besides # of links) between link and linkdomain in yahoo?

One of my sites shows that link: has 47,000 BLs
While linkdomain: shows over 100,000 (not sure how)

Another shows 27,4000 and 57,200

link shows links to the page you are checking, linkdomain show links to all pages of your domain.

I don't know that I'd trust the numbers just yet. I have a fair number of links to internal pages and Y! showed something like this 2 days ago:

link: 3875
linkdomain: 2750

The numbers are probably fairly accurate, but they're flipped.
