Please review my web based rental management program located at www.freeLandlordSoftware.com.

This project is 3 years in the making. I wrote it to manage my own rental units and decided to make it available for free on the web.

I want to develop a community for landlords with this site. Future upgrades will include a Message Board forum and Deadbeat Database that is freely accessable.

The site is in BETA release but is very functional and the data my users are entering is both accurate when reported and secure.

I hope you like my website but be honest in your assessment. It was built to resemble my favorite board game, thus the look.

I like that, I've not seen a site like that. The red banner, links bar and main page could perhaps be designed to look more like one item than 3 different ones, but then again...:D

Thank you. I split them up like that to give it more of a "game board" look but I appreciate your feedback. I think your right about the red banner. I'll probably make it larger and a little wider. Do you think I should connect it to the grey bar and loose the drop shadow?
