You have 3 blocks alowed in adsense and you are using only one in homepage....

I would suggest to put one block below header...and another one in left site....or between texts in the middle..

The desing is nice and fits the trend of java-software sites...

Lots of content which is good. I like the colors as well. However, it looks a little cluttered. Maybe increase the main text size. Also, the titles on the sidebar are way to close to the first line. Good luck.

Overall a very good site, the color scheme works well.

I actually didn't notice the adsense ads at first, IMO, they are blended into the site very well, and add value to the website, whereas on other sites you can see where the contextual ads distract the visitor or turn them off.

For my personal taste, it seems like there is "too much" going on; too many links on both sides of the content. That being said, I think that my tastes may not reflect the feelings of the general public - and that I wouldn't know of a way of "fixing" this issue without taking away from the purpose of your site.

Hopefully this gave you some insight, anyway.

Yeah. I need to redesign the site with the same color scheme and organizing the contents and links with adsense.

maybe you can utilize the space in the left and right sidebars too. so much space in the two sidebars left blank.

Nice site, very pleasant colors. Try not to make it 100% width. The logo is interesting, but the smile on the cup could be more friendly :)
