How can i add money to my Paypal with my CC (Actually Virtual CC).
Do u have any suggestion ? I want to buy things on DP but i can't because my Paypal Is dry. SO is there is anyway ?

You cannot add funds from the cc to the paypal balance, but you can pay people via paypal thru your credit card (choosing the source of funds as your credit card)

As it's a virtual CC,you can't I believe.

But how can i pay to DP peoples ? Actually they have email address than how come ?

I am not sure about VCC, but thru credit card you surely can. Just go to send money -> and type the email add of the other party , the next page it should ask you for a funding source.

(again, i am not sure if you can do it with a vcc, as i don't use one)

You can pay your DP members through paypal.If you have verified your paypal account using a credit card, you can make a payment via paypal to any DP member even f you dont have sufficient funds in your paypal account.If there is no suficient funds, then automatically the payment is taken from your credit card. At the end of the month you have to pay the bank for the outstanding credit payment. I hope you are satisfied with my answer.
