My paypal had verified but still ask 4 digit extended number because i use another cc, is this right i need to waiting for 4 digit extended number again in another cc statement :confused:

or that just daily limit from paypal?

Yes, they just want to verify that you add a credit card that is yours. No worries, just wait for the 4 digits code to use the new card.
