Why always "No Search Results Found"

I am using the google API search engine (created by Shawn)
but when I click search buttom, there are no search result found at all....
I put results.php, search.html ( search action is placed in), header.php, footer.php in the the same directory in my server.

how it work?
I change $site to my website url.

ps. my website's domain name is hosting by no-ip only, not real domain name, is it ok?

As long as Google knows about the site, it should be fine that it's by IP only. What do you have in the $site variable exactly?
