All automated traffic programs are scams no matter how you package them, like link farms they use methods that really will give your site a bad name when it is discovered that you use them.

Autosurf programs are considered "automated" traffic-generating methods. This is against Google AdSense TOS. I have heard of someone getting banned for using an autosurf program. Best to stay away from them.

Autosurfers don't generate useful traffic. Generally, people running autosurfs have them on in the background, and don't actually look at your site. All they really do is burn up your bandwidth. Unless you are getting a really good cpm advertising, it's not even worth considering and, as pointed out earlier, can actually be harmful.
Manual exchanges are slightly better, because users have to actually look at your site, however briefly. They are still not very good.

yep, autosurfing is just eating your bandwith ...... 100% quantity and 0.1% quality of traffic.
but sometimes I realize how about using autosurfs with Banner Exchange or with CPM.
Cheers! :)

Autosurf traffic will increase your unique visitors on traffic stats but will not bring any actual converting customer to your site. Also if you are using adsense to generate revenue, then don't think about using autosurf traffic site as google will boot you out of adsense system very quickly.
