This one has been around for a LOOOOONG time. I think it is the original link farm. I first found it about 8 or 9 years ago.

I think they pick up a lot of domains through spidering. I don't think there is any value at all to submitting a site there.

Even though it looks like a legitimate list of domain names alphabetically ordered, it has 528 outbound links and there is no central theme so I can't see it being of any benefit and may count against you.
