Now that I know it can't currently be done, it seems like an excellent suggestion!
When I want to find all open tech support tickets in OG, I simply click on "Search" within the Tech Support screen and set "Resolved" to "No".
I noticed the posts where you mentioned the re-write being all web-based. That is something we have been kicking around too, but man what a pain! It will be interesting to see your approach on resolving web-based limitations in data input and access. Look forward to seeing what you have rendered!
